• The grades listed for the youth conferences are those which the delegates will be entering in the fall. Any requests for exceptions should be sent to the director of the conference you wish to attend.
• Campers are expected to stay for the entire conference for which they register. Any exceptions must be indicated on the registration form.
• There is a $10 late fee for registrations received less than two weeks before the start of the conference which you expect to attend. Registration fees are NOT returnable, unless the conference for which you are applying is filled.
• Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone without regard to race, color or national origin.

Bible, notebook, pen/pencil, sleeping bag/bedding, pillow, flashlight, sensible clothing for camping - including sturdy footwear, swimwear, towels, toiletries, rain gear, and spending money (there will be some opportunity each day to purchase snacks).
PLEASE MARK ALL CLOTHING, BOOKS AND BIBLES WITH YOUR NAME. We are not responsible for lost articles.

Radios, iPods, mp3 and/or CD players; cell phones (if brought, must remain turned off throughout the conference)
Since ample food and drinks are provided, food and snacks should not be brought to camp.
